Having tension at home is inevitable when we are suddenly spending so much more time together. But having an argument is completely optional.
In this 5 min video, I shared what I practise in my life to help me avoid having unnecessary arguments and disappointments in my daily life. When we take a step back to look at what’s behind what we see, hear and feel on a surface level, we open up the space for ourselves as well as those around us.
